Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This privacy notice has been prepared by Ersin Can – Certified Public Accountant (“Ersincan Financial Advisory”), as data controller, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform visitors of our website and persons who contact us.

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity and contact data: name, phone number and e-mail address you send via the contact form or WhatsApp.
• Request data: subject and content of your message.
• Transaction security data: submission time, browser information and a one-way hashed (anonymised) IP value used to prevent abuse.
• Visit statistics: visited page, referring site and device type, kept without cookies and without storing IP addresses.

3. Purposes

• To receive, evaluate and respond to your information, meeting and quotation requests;
• To conduct preliminary discussions on our accounting and consulting services;
• To keep the website secure and block spam;
• To improve the site using anonymous statistics;
• To fulfil legal obligations.

4. Legal Grounds

Your data is processed under Article 5 of KVKK: being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights, and your explicit consent where required.

5. Transfers

Your data may only be transferred, within Türkiye and limited to the purpose, to authorised public bodies where legally required and to hosting and e-mail service providers, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK. It is never shared with third parties for marketing.

6. Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to finalise your request and for the periods required by law, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights (Article 11)

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction, deletion or destruction, to object to results produced solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

You may send your requests in writing to the address above or to info@ersincan.com.tr. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

9. Cookies

No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Only technical preferences necessary for the site to function are stored in your browser.
